Aluminium Rainwater Gutter Systems are available to order from Building Materials Direct. These guttering systems come in various shapes to suit all types of houses from the older victorian style property using 'victorian ogee' type rainwater gutters to the up to date modern designer properties using profiles like 'bullnoze' and 'raked'. One advantage of this type of rainwater gutter is the vast array of colours that it can be powder coated, making it a more highly versatile gutter system than any plastic system on the market.

Aluminium downpipes are available to complement the aluminium gutter these also come in various styles for example classic round, georgian square or rectangular each of these are available in different collar styles such as plain flush , tradtional round (the same profile as the old cast iron downpipe collar profile) and georgian square / rectangular so you can choose whatever style to suit your building these can also be powder coated in a colour to match the gutter.

The Aluminium Rainwater Gutter Systems we supply are made from pressed, extruded and die cast aluminium parts with the gutters being 2 to 3.5mm thick to BS1474:1987 materials.

The Aluminium Gutter and Downpipe fittings are made from commercial grade LM2 and LM6 aluminium alloy 3 to 4mm thick to BS1490:1987

All gutters and rainwater pipes can be supplied with an extensive range of fittings, sealants and fixings.

These Aluminium rainwater gutter systems are relatively easy for a competent DIYer to fix with the gutter joints requiring a simple installation of a piece of butyl tape and silicone with a final fix with an aluminium rivet.

Half Round traditional Aluminium Gutters are available in 100mm, 115mm, 130mm and 150mm. These can be supplied in 3mtr and 1.5mtr lengths. Victorian Ogee Aluminium Gutters are available in 110mm, 120mm, 130mm and 160mm. The Victorian Ogee can also be supplied in 3mtr and 1.5mtr lengths.

Aluminium downpipes are supplied in various lengths and widths including access panel sections, we also supply all other fittings to make the system complete including Aluminium downpipe shoes, branches, connectors plinth offsets, swan necks, and pipe clips. To compliment your aluminium Rainwater Gutter System further we can also supply a large range of aluminium hoppers in various styles and sizes.

The Aluminium Rainwater Gutter Systems supplied by BMD are made from high quality materials and can have a standard mill finish or a polyester powder coated finish in a wide range of colours.
